We start our projects by asking "Why?" and setting expectations with numbers. By using a data-driven approach, we can see trends and improve business processes.

TargetWe aim to automate a significant part of our company through the development of proprietary tools, as well as utilizing existing ones on the market. We have divided this process into several stages:

Expectations • 3 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year working on AI/ML-powered products or features.
• Demonstrated experience running the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering best practices, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Strong data literacy — comfortable querying data (SQL or equivalent), interpreting analytics dashboards, and defining product metrics.
• Technical fluency sufficient to read API documentation, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple internal teams with competing priorities.
• Level of spoken English intermediate+
