We are looking for a Cryptocurrency Controller in one the most promising startup builders and innovative product launchpads.

Cryptomeria Venture Studio is a company built up of experienced entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors and have the funds, in-house expertise, and patience to build their own startups from scratch.

By leading with fresh approaches and ideas, Cryptomeria Venture Studio effectively combines the disruptiveness of a startup with the necessary stability of a team and resources to build companies that require decade long roadmaps before profitability and deft maneuvering of public and private opportunities.


What You’ll Do
Perform accounting for cryptocurrency transactions from multiple platforms including but not limited to Uniswap, Pancakeswap, Binance, OpenSea, etc.
Prepare monthly financial statements on cash flow. Present financials and dashboards to COO during monthly financial reviews.
Assist with all accounts payable administrative functions, ensuring that invoice processing is timely, accurate, and complete.
Prepare and monitor reports for daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity.

Qualifications
3+ years experience including at least 1 year experience with the complexities of cryptocurrency accounting. 4-year degree in an accounting or finance field.
Fluent English (We don’t need your certificates).
Analytical and logical skills.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Understanding of blockchain technology.

What You’ll Do
Design and set up the entire technology infrastructure.
Identify issues and potential flaws to proposing solutions.
Oversee implementation of technical aspects.
Lead and support the organization's security efforts.
Host technical office hours for accelerator startups and serve as a technical mentor.
Work closely with management to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
Perform own due diligence and evaluate startups from the tech aspect and the potential of their technologies in a rapidly changing market.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience as a CTO or role that would lead to qualifications for a CTO position.
Must have a strong technical background.
Fluent English (We don’t need your certificates)
Excellent communication skills and team work.
Deep understanding of blockchains/consensus/smart contracts.
Ability to lead the design and development of systems.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer of Venture Studio, strong leader and operational manager in one the most promising startup builders and innovative product launchpads. You will have enough independence in decision making, so reporting only to the Managing Partner of Cryptomeria Labs.

What You’ll Do
Leading and scoping projects to identify market opportunities and create new venture concepts.
Help ensure strategic and realistic long-term planning informed by the needs of the team, and break down long-term targets into short-term objectives.
Act as primary interface for the Managing Partner with multiple C Suite executives to condense reporting structure and ensure efficient chain of command.
Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable solutions that drive our growth and improve overall business performance.
Assume ownership of our internal leadership and Board of Director meetings - managing the content, cadence, materials review and dissemination and ensuring objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with early-stage software businesses, with a demonstrated understanding of how these businesses are built and what makes them successful.
Fluent English (We don’t need your certificates).
Start-up experience is strongly preferred; entrepreneurial spirit a must.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
