Vacancy: Business Analyst
Company: International fintech company delivering crypto payment solutions to online and offline businesses.
Fulltime, remote.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze and model business processes, propose optimizations, handle edge cases
-Describe processes for new functionality in line with goals and expected results
-Work with Product team to translate business requirements into functional specs and documentation
-Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (incl. C-level), ensuring alignment on business objectives
-Prepare clear and complete requirements, user stories, and process diagrams
-Collaborate closely with developers to ensure full understanding of requirements and nuances
-Contribute to UI/UX design with the dedicated designer, create prototypes, review interfaces
-Monitor implementation of functional and non-functional requirements, support acceptance testing (incl. Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology)
-Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, clarifying context and constraints

Requirements:
-Experience of 5 years as a Business Analyst, at least 2 years as a Senior Business Analyst
-Strong knowledge of BA methodologies and techniques
-Experience in B2B Fiat PSPs, B2B Crypto PSPs for fintech and e-commerce
-Ability to create User Stories and describe business processes
-Skilled in consolidating requirements from diverse stakeholders
-Experience creating process models (BPMN, UML)
-Understanding of Scrum and Kanban. Experience with Jira/Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart/Miro/DrawIO
-Excellent communication in English, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
