We seek a User Acquisition Manager (in-app networks).

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a global technology company that builds apps at the intersection of dating, social, and entertainment. The company's portfolio includes 70 social discovery platforms with a focus on AI, game mechanics, and video streaming. We actively support and invest in social discovery startups worldwide through our CVC fund.


📌Key responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor the user acquisition strategy by leveraging in-app networks.
- Perform A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and targeting strategies, identify the most effective combinations that drive user acquisition and conversions and improve return on ad spending (ROAS).
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per first purchase (CPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and evaluate the product together with the product team.

✅Requirements:
We expect you to have experience with at least four Ads sources for mobile applications with subscription & in-app monetization:
- Mintegral
- Unity
- IronSource
- AppLovin
- LiftOff
- DigitalTurbine
- Moloco
- Amazon

✅ Skillset:
Solid knowledge of promotion for mobile B2C products.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop actionable recommendations and implement them.
Generate ideas and tasks for creative production and develop creative hypotheses.
Proficiency with Google Sheets.
Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (AppsFlyer, etc.) to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
English proficiency (B2+)

🌟 Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end App Store and Google Play compliance process for the Company’s app products
- Understand App Store and Google Play policies and requirements and translate them into understandable requirements ready for the product teams to implement
- Act as subject matter expert on Store policies and guidelines
- Prepare and update internal handbooks to document compliance-related information and obligations
- Provide information and organize training for employees in areas related to App Store and Google Play compliance
- Develop monitoring and reporting procedures to track products’ compliance to continuously monitor product risk profile and adjust product risk strategy
- Build scalable and effective processes for compliance product review and launch. Establish effective control procedures. Organize and conduct inspections concerning possible non-compliance
- Manage escalation of material regulatory and compliance issues and queries affecting the business
- Provide compliance advice on the risks associated with new products or product features as per App Store and Google Play policies and guidelines
- Structuring and drafting internal policies and documents as required for compliance purposes
- Working closely with colleagues across the global team to advise on payment issues in connection with the launch of features or projects
- Where required assist in training the relevant colleagues in the group through insightful presentations regarding impacts and reasons for compliance changes and adjustments.

- Bachelor’s degree in law/business or related
- Fluent/native Russian
- Good command of English; argumentative and professional written communication
- 3+ years of experience in product compliance, product risk management or similar
- Proven expertise in communication with App Store and Google Play on product compliance, developer policies, developer guidelines, and other related issues
- Experience with developing and/or maintaining a compliance program will be considered as an advantage
- Familiarity with high-risk industry scene, ability to work with high-risk regulations are a must
- Excel proficiency
- Proven track record of driving results and building effective relationships
- Initiative and proactivity
