We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Director to lead our b2c acquisition department.

**Responsibilities:
**Plan, implement, and manage marketing strategy including communication strategy
Implement STP model
Product branding and naming management
Keep the marketing budget in check
Performance marketing as a customer
Conducting end-to-end analytics between internal marketing and traffic acquisition
Determine KPIs for the marketing department


**What we are looking for:
**Solid experience in the iGaming field (gambling/betting/casino)
You are a result-oriented person and a leader with strong communication skills
Experience in b2c projects launch in the IT field
Experience to launch products in different locations
Full working proficiency in English
