Position: Chief Growth Officer
Remote
Salary: $7,000 + bonus or option

Responsibility:
Oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the overall growth strategy and effectively reaching target audiences;
Define, and manage to the Marketing organisation's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), contributing to the overall company success.
Create and distribute localised content via social media platforms;
Implement and analyse performance metrics to evaluate all marketing activities (Growth in organic and direct traffic, CPL, CPA, ROAS);
Identify and assess new business opportunities, developing plans to enter new markets for new products/services with attention to competitor analysis;
Conduct regular analysis of data and market trends to inform decision making and strategic planning;
Redesign service levels and account types;
Develop proposals for customer loyalty programs;
Full ownership of client bonuses and promotions;
Full responsibility for mobile and desktop websites;
Grow Brand recognition in key regions: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Laos, Kazakhstan, Latin America (focus on M.A.C.P.C. Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, Peru, Chile) and secondary Markets: China, Pakistan, Bangladesh;
Grow the business at least 10x in active users by scaling Mobile user acquisition and new user onboarding;
Manage centralised Academy;
Directly manage all Marketing Regional Community managers in each market to ensure our marketing efforts are localised and deployed correctly in all regions.
