🏢Wealth Guard Advisors (multi-family office, international group of companies) is looking for a Corporate Administrator in Cyprus (Nicosia).
👩💼Responisbilities
1. Oral and written communication with Russian-speaking clients on all issues related to the operational and corporate matters of the structures in various jurisdictions (Cyprus, Luxembourg, UAE, BVI, Belize, etc.)
2. Liaising with various counterparties: banks, consultants, administrators, agents, lawyers
3. Full corporate support of the structures (companies, trusts, foundations), including:
• Managing and supervising of liquidation procedure of the structures
• Drafting, reviewing, and arranging execution of the corporate documents, including board resolutions, annual meeting documents, memorandums and articles of association, etc.
• Drafting, reviewing, and arranging execution of transaction documents, including share-purchase agreements, loan agreements, set-off agreements, services agreements, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure, etc. with oversight from legal team
• Legal support of the audit procedure of the foreign companies
• Communication with the corporate administrators on all questions related to signing, issue and legalization of the documents
• Russian-English translation of the typical corporate and transaction documents.
4. Supervising of the compliance and KYC requests within the communication with the corporate administrators, agents, banks
5. Managing bank account opening procedures and annual compliance/KYC updates.
6. Managing internal matters of the corporate department (invoicing, database).
🤝Requirements:
1. Higher Education (Legal preferred)
2. Good understanding of corporate law and procedure, the candidate should be up-to-date with current regulatory limitations and be able to spot potential tax and legal risks in order to address the issue to Tax or Legal department
3. 4+ years of experience in corporate administration
4. Advanced Russian and English (both oral and written), cover letter to CV is appreciated
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Able to handle multiple priorities, attention to detail
7. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
