IT Manager 🧑‍💻

On-site in Limassol / Full-time

Our client is a global service provider that provides services to different companies that deal with marketing, brokers, forex, and IT.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the conceptualization, execution, and oversight of VoIP telecommunication systems.
-Ensure top-notch voice clarity, system dependability, and scalability.
-Manage the server infrastructure, encompassing setup, configuration, and upkeep.
-Monitor server performance, security, and capacity planning.
-Implement the best techniques for server virtualization and backup solutions.
-Establish and lead a high-achieving IT team, nurturing cooperation and professional development.
-Put in place strategies for data protection and disaster recovery.
-Handle Office 365 administration.
-Set up and provide support for Linux and Windows servers.
-Tackle troubleshooting issues on a corporate LAN.
-Plan and configure network equipment.
-Administer and configure VMware ESXI and VCenter.
-Oversee Azure AD and AD administration.
-Extend customer support for switches and routers.

Requirements and Skills:
-A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
-Demonstrated experience in IT management, with a focus on VoIP and systems/servers administration.
-Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
-Familiarity with enterprise backup and recovery protocols, tools for system performance monitoring, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.
-Hands-on experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing, specifically with Microsoft Azure.
-Expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues in large-scale distributed systems, creating storage volumes and assigning them to servers, and managing remote replication.

Would be a plus:
Knowledge of Mikrotik, FortiGate, Ubiquity Unify AP, and Ubiquity switches.
