🔥Responsibilities:
Own the entire Talent Acquisition journey from attraction through to onboarding
Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with managers through status updates, and constant communication
Work with candidates and Hiring Managers effectively, ensuring everyone is kept up to date and gets feedback in a timely manner
Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles
Manage relationships with any external recruiting agency
Always look for ways to improve candidate experience
Use key recruitment metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
🔥Requirements
5+ years of full lifecycle IT-recruiting experience in IT companies
International hiring experience is preferable
Strong background and proven experience with talent acquisition methods and practices
Technology recruiting experience required
Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
English C1
Expertise in recruiting metrics and thoughtful reporting of metrics
Advanced priority and resource management skills

У нас случилась нестандартная история: сейчас дедушка в пересадках Питер-Стамбул-Афины-Ларнака едет с собачкой (той-терьер). Но ему в Питерском аэропорте не смогли выдать ЕС-сертификат, потому что нет интернета (‼️‼️‼️🤬🤯🤯), выдали турецкий и какой-то для третьих стран с прописанным маршрутом до Кипра. В справках указано, что все необходимые манипуляции выполнены. Подскажите, какие проблемы могут возникнуть на вет. контроле в Ларнаке и как с ними справляться?
Может у кого-то была похожая ситуация? Насколько строго будут смотреть?
Пробуем связаться с вет. контролем аэропорта, описать ситуацию и пробуем в аэропорте Стамбула получить справку ЕС (там длинная пересадка).
