I have experience in:
• Building scouting operations, SOPs, onboarding and KPI systems from scratch
• Affiliate partner acquisition and business development
• Influencer sourcing and partnership management across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Telegram, Kick and X
• Negotiating CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and Fixed deals
• Working with CIS, WW, LATAM, ASIA and European markets
