Hello! Mayflower Team looking for Migration Specialist (Temporary Project till June) in the office.

✔️Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform various HR related tasks including but not limited to:
⭐️Responsible for completing migration applications, along with various related migration tasks and processes;
⭐️Maintain accurate human resource information system records;
⭐️Work to improve internal HR policies and procedures;
⭐️Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and NDAs;
⭐️Facilitate employment confirmations for external use, verifying employment details and providing necessary documentation as required;
⭐️Ad-hoc duties.

✔️Requirements:
⭐️Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
⭐️Computer literate (Excel, Google Sheets, Word);Good attention to detail;Ability to work with a team;
⭐️Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
⭐️Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
⭐️Excellent command of English Language.
