If your strategy is to partner with Hiring Managers to follow up with them on talent availability and advise on recruiting strategies, then this role is for you!
The role:
1.Own the overall business roles recruitment stream by:
2.Meeting with hiring managers to gather up talent business needs comprehensively, determine how to collaborate, and finally fill open positions.
3.Sourcing talents through a variety of methods - direct sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
4.Screening, testing, and interviewing to get the qualified ones
5.Ensuring all candidates are in ATS (Personio) and moved through the process in the applicant tracking system.
6.Report on recruitment status and market trends.
7.Collaborate or create from the ground up onboarding/offboarding using the best practices on the market.
