✨Middle Affiliate Manager✨
📍Work Format: Remote
📍Location: CIS, Europe
MEGAPARTNERS is an international IT company specializing in the development and promotion of licensed online casinos and betting projects.
Due to our dynamic growth, we're looking for a seasoned Middle Affiliate Manager to join our team.
What's needed:
- Strong partners (SEO, PPC) and understanding of markets (Tier1-Tier2);
- Experience in sourcing candidates online (LinkedIn, telegram, Facebook, forums, etc.);
- Working with affiliate CRM systems;
- Ability to communicate with partners and address their inquiries.
Your tasks:
- Search for new partners in Tier1-Tier2 markets;
- Crafting effective emails for partners;
- Presenting the advantages of our products and affiliate programs;
- Negotiating deal terms (ability to reach agreements on lower amounts);
- Interacting with partners (chats, calls);
- Analyzing traffic and affiliate payouts;
- Compiling reports.

MEGAPARTNERS - это международная ИТ-компания, специализирующаяся в разработке и продвижении лицензированных онлайн-казино и беттинг-проектов.
В связи с увеличением количества проектов, мы ищем Middle Affiliate Manager, чтобы усилить нашу команду.
Что мы от тебя ожидаем:
- Наличие собственной тёплой базы партнёров (SEO, PPC) и понимание особенностей и тенденций рынков (Tier1-Tier2);
- Опыт холодного поиска кандидатов, используя различные источники поиска (linkedin, telegram, facebook, forums, etc.);
- Опыт работы с партнёрскими CRM-системами (в частности Affilka от SoftSwiss);
- Способность эффективно работать с возражениями партнёров, включая репутацию брендов, конверсию, лицензии, и др;
- Опыт презентации партнерских программ;
Твои задачи:
- Активный поиск и подключение новых партнёров на рынках (Tier1-Tier2);
- Составление эффективных писем-рассылок для партнёров;
- Выявление УТП и презентация основных преимуществ продукта и партнёрских программ;
- Обсуждение условий сделки с учетом возможности снижения стоимости listing fee, CPA или RevShare части;
- Мониторинг позиций брендов и поддержание коммуникации с партнёрами на регулярной основе (чаты, созвоны);
- Анализ качества трафика с учетом общего объёма суммы депозитов, НГР и выплат;
- Проведение партнёрских выплат через коммуникацию с финансовым отделом;
- Составление отчетов по партнёрам и трафику;
