My name is Anna and now I am looking for a job.
My experience in IT and game industry is 5 years.
During this time I worked as a manager in both outsourced and product company, managed development projects using methodologies such as waterfall, kanban and scrum and in my last job at world-known company Wargaming I worked as an operations manager in Global Player Support department, where I was a point of contact and provided an expert opinion on the billing direction, communicated with stakeholders of different levels, held meetings, optimized the department processes, working instructions and tools with which the specialists worked.
