Looking for Help Desk employee to join our Fintech company based in Limassol!

The responsibilities include: troubleshooting of routine hardware and software issues; documenting and tracking all work items and resolution activity; supporting various devices and other related IT functions.

You need to have: solid understanding of various devices and operating systems; general understanding of Active Directory, SharePoint, VPN and remote access clients; excellent verbal and written communication skills, follow-up and organisational skills; at least 2 years experience in a customer focused role.
