As a CTO, I built and scaled a web division, transforming it into a top revenue-generating platform, boosting annual revenue from millions to hundreds of millions. I led a team of 30+ specialists, implementing high-load systems, payment infrastructure, and A/B testing solutions.

Previously, as a General Manager, I launched a map-based web & iOS product, enhancing outdoor exploration through trail navigation. I managed everything from product strategy to team development, delivering a sustainable, user-friendly platform.
