Truelabel ищет «дирижёра процессов» в B2B-направление. Это не классические продажи, а глубокое управление процессами, координация команд и полное владение (Ownership) отношениями с крупными операторами.
У нас практический онбординг («сразу в воду»), высокий темп и работа на результат, а не для галочки.

🎯 Что нужно будет делать:

Управлять процессами и командами: координировать внутренние отделы, пушить задачи в Jira, убирать блокеры и контролировать дедлайны.
Быть точкой контакта для оператора: вести Weekly Calls, разбирать открытые вопросы, анализировать метрики и детали.
Рулить инцидентами: в случае проблем — оперативно собирать команду, координировать решение и держать связь с клиентом до победного конца.
Брать ответственность: если клиент недоволен — мы не ищем виноватых, а решаем проблему. Вы отвечаете за конечный результат.

💼 Наш идеальный кандидат:

Опыт в iGaming/Gambling (MUST), Casino, Platform. Также рассмотрим Fintech.
Работал на позициях: Account / Operations / Product / Project Manager.
Обладает качеством Ownership — не считает задачу закрытой после формального ответа «ОК» от коллег.
Проактивен, стрессоустойчив, умеет жестко приоритизировать задачи и мыслит бизнес-логикой, а не чек-листами.

🛠 Будет плюсом:

Опыт работы напрямую с CEO и топ-менеджментом.
Знание Jira и Agile-процессов.

⚙️ Key responsibilities:

Upper-Intermediate English and strong negotiation skills.
