🚀 C&B Lead (International Fintech)

Международная финтех-группа ищет Compensation & Benefits Lead, который возьмёт на себя построение и развитие системы вознаграждения на уровне группы компаний.

Что предстоит делать:
• Разрабатывать стратегию Total Rewards
• Управлять системой грейдов и salary benchmarking (Mercer, Korn Ferry и др.)
• Запускать и развивать STI/LTI программы
• Формировать и оптимизировать пакет льгот
• Работать с HR-аналитикой, бюджетом ФОТ и compensation modeling
• Взаимодействовать с C-level и участвовать в стратегических HR-инициативах

Мы ищем:
✔️ 6+ лет опыта в C&B / Total Rewards
✔️ опыт в международных компаниях
✔️ сильную экспертизу в грейдинге и бюджетировании ФОТ
✔️ английский от B2

Условия:
🌍 Международная финтех-среда
📍 Remote / офис или гибрид (Москва / Белград)

Что нужно будет делать:
• Разрабатывать маркетинговую стратегию для разных регионов
• Запускать и вести маркетинговые кампании (онлайн/офлайн)
• Анализировать рынок, конкурентов и поведение клиентов
• Оценивать эффективность кампаний (GA, Power BI, CRM)
• Работать с креативной командой над рекламными материалами
• Управлять маркетинговым бюджетом
• Проводить A/B-тесты и повышать конверсии

Что мы ожидаем:
• Опыт маркетинга в финтехе и B2C на международных рынках
• B2B-опыт — плюс
• Навык создания и реализации комплексных маркетинговых стратегий
• Уверенное владение аналитическими инструментами (GA, BI, AppsFlyer, Amplitude)
• Английский — от Upper-Intermediate
• Отличные коммуникативные и организационные навыки
