Мы продуктовая команда Doumo - делаем SaaS-платформу для компаний малого и среднего бизнеса.

Наш продукт состоит из 20 модулей, включает в себя CRM и менеджер задач, позволяет компаниям брендировать свою страницу, обмениваться сообщениями и документами с клиентами, помогает выставлять счета и принимать платежи.

Нас уже больше 150 человек и для дальнейшего развития проектов будем рады пригласить в команду бухгалтера / финансового ассистента. Процессы уже построены, нам нужен коллега, который поможет их поддерживать и улучшать.

**Чем предстоит заниматься:
**● Оформление актов, договоров (внешних и внутренних);
● Организация, подготовка и внесение данных для расчета заработной платы, проверка данных;
● Начисление заработной платы и подготовка отчетов по выплаченным зарплатам;
● Автоматизировать процессы по своему направлению;
● Поддерживать систему оформления заработных плат, премий, релокаций, все процессы систематизировать с точки зрения соблюдения закона;
● Контроль налогов, ведение личных карточек сотрудников с начислениями ЗП;
● Создавать и описывать для сотрудников понятные и прозрачные процессы в области HR администрирования;
● Контроль исполнения бюджета (план/факт, анализ отклонений). Анализ финансовых результатов компании;

**Необходимый опыт и навыки:
**● Английский язык не ниже B2;
● Опыт работы с документами (оформление договоров, актов и т.д.);
● Excel: знание основных формул (ВПР, суммаесли), сводные таблицы;

We’re looking for a software developer who can write well-architectured backend code, while not being afraid to do some frontend work. We’re not talking about hardcore frontend from scratch, we’ve got dedicated frontend developers for that. What we’re talking about is understanding how frontend works and reusing existing components and patterns to solve problems.

Technology stack: Ruby on Rails (6+), PostgreSQL, React, React Query, TypeScript, Vite.js, CSS Modules on the frontend, Docker, AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, configured CI/CD on Jenkins, use BitBucket.

**Requirements:

**• Strong commercial experience in Ruby on Rails (3 years+)
• Strong knowledge of computer science basics: data types, algorithm complexity, memory allocation, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, ideally PostgreSQL and building backend data models
• Experience adapting and building CI/CD pipelines, ideally in Jenkins
• Experience within AWS
• Understanding of how network protocols work
