🔈AEM Days (advertising technology company) is currently looking for a talented and motivated 🔵Office Manager in Limassol 🔵to join our team.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet visitors, answer questions they may have and provide general support;
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance;
• Work closely with vendors, cleaning services, and other third-party providers;
• Assist all the employees with office related queries;
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, membership management, and document organization;
• Be proactive in suggesting ways to organize the office more efficiently.
Marketing & Sales Support:
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients via email, phone, and social media;
• Follow up with leads to convert them into members.
• Conduct office tours and explain membership options to prospective clients.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Engage with the coworking community to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
🔹Required Skills:
• 2+ years proven experience as an Office manager position;
• Fluency in English and Russian languages, Greek language will be a big plus;
• Work permit in Cyprus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic knowledge of CRM tools;
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
