What You'll Be Doing:
- Be an expert in managed services - ensure the reliability of PostgreSQL and Kafka workloads, assist with customer-related technical questions, and contribute to feature planning and service improvements;
- Handle DevOps duties - add observability, maintain CI/CD, improve infrastructure and tooling;
- Participate in cloud R&D - work on storage, networking, GPU integration, container runtimes;
- Join the on-call rotation

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of production experience;
- Strong experience operating and tuning PostgreSQL and Kafka;
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes from the user perspective;
- Terraform skills and an IaC mindset;
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools;
- Experience with the Prometheus ecosystem;
- Good grasp of hardware and networking fundamentals;
- Proficiency in Russian & English.

- Assist with support — debug issues with customer VMs/workloads, answer technical questions;
- Join the on-call rotation to help keep the platform solid and reliable.

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of production experience;
- Solid Kubernetes knowledge — you've deployed and managed real clusters;
- Strong Terraform skills and an IaC mindset;
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools
- Experience with the Prometheus ecosystem;
- Ability to work independently and deliver fast;
- Proficiency in Russian & English.
