GuavaPay is looking for a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic graphic designer/illustrator to join the designers' team with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. The successful candidate will work on creating an authentic website design, logo designing, promotional campaigns, illustrations, brochures, pamphlets, print ads, and social media visuals. Experience with and ability to work in a team altogether with proficient skills in
Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D illustrations is required.
**Responsibilities:
**- Design compelling and consistent digital and print creatives with the marketing team.
- Creation of website graphic illustrations.
- Work on logo designing, promotional campaigns, illustrations, brochures, pamphlets, print ads, etc.
- Drive online engagement with social media design trends.
- Improve the existing ad creatives and other designs.
- Work both independently and in cooperation with the team.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
- Designing marketing and sales collateral projects from concept to execution
- Communicating material needs with key personnel and departments
- Working closely with the Marketing and Publicity team to refine designs and copy, incorporate feedback, and route work to internal departments
**Experience:
**- Strong knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- The experience in motion graphics is highly welcomed
- Skills in 3D and 4D illustrations
- Experience in Fintech is highly welcomed
- Ability to create conceptual ideas with innovative designs
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, and layout
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and coordinate workload
- Ability to work conceptually, under pressure and meet deadlines
