We' ve expanded our headcount more than 4x in the last year.Now we are looking for a proactive and highly motivated talent acquisition specialist to expand our HR team.Talent Aquisition Manager will be directly involved in recruiting top talent across a range of openings worldwide.

**📃Responsibilities:
**- Handle the process of attracting and recruiting candidates in multiple countries
- Work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Work with candidates and hiring managers effectively ensuring everyone is kept up to date and gets feedback in a timely manner
- Demonstrate creativity in recruitment strategies and create a pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring roles
- Constantly looking ways to improve the quality of the candidate experience
- Achieve individual and team hiring goals

⚡️ Requirements:
- 2,5+ years of full lifecycle IT-recruiting experience in IT companies
- International hiring experience is preferable
- Technology recruiting experience required
- English C1
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work intensively and across a multitude of tasks
- Positive mindset and the ability to work in a team
