Cyprus LARNAKA O/E AIR 6911 Send item to domestic location (Inb) Incomplete Declarations.

Может кто сталкивался, посылка мелкий пакет стоимостью менее 150, usps, зависла неделю в этом статусе, никаких звонков/смс/уведомлений нет. Куда-то можно обратиться чтобы ускорить процесс или не рыпаться?
