CFD broker is looking for a HEAD of PAYMENTS

+ you will lead payments function across APAC and MENA
+ fully remote
+ 24 days of vacation
+ gym/sport compensation
+ traveling to industry events

You have
• 5+ years of managerial experience in payments (CFD / fintech / gambling)
• Experience building & managing multi-PSP ecosystems globally
• Strong in orchestration, routing, cascading & reconciliation
• Hands-on with chargebacks, fraud prevention & compliance
• Fluent Russian and English

What you will do**
End-to-end payment architecture (PSPs, banks, crypto, local methods — APAC & MENA)
• Design smart routing, cascading & failover logic (optimize approval rate, speed, risk & cost)
• Own key KPIs: Approval / Success / Decline / Chargeback / Refund Rate, Payout SLA, CPT
• Lead & grow Payments & KYC team (SOPs, escalation flows, playbooks)
• Ensure stable & compliant deposits/withdrawals across all markets
