Smart Team finance company is looking for a
Treasurer to join our team in Larnaca

Main duties & responsibilities:
**1. Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company;
2. Prepare bank transactions and arrange them to be approved by the signing persons;
3. To ensure prompt payment of all company-agreed expenditure;
4. Regularly bank accounts reconciliation;
5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions;
6. Submit periodic reports detailing the company’s present financial situation;
7. Implement company policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipts and other financial information;
8. Assist in the month-end close process to meet target reporting dates;
9. Maintaining treasury reports, preparing various statements;
10. Prepare reports requested by the finance department;
11. Collaborating with group accountants and lawyers to ensure all supporting documents are actual and duly finalised;
12. Assisting in various treasury matters, performing administrative duties as per requests of Head of Accounting and Finance Department;
13. Other related tasks as deemed necessary by the business.
Candidate profile:1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, detailed knowledge of financial legislature, advanced mathematical skills.
2. Ability to write and present financial reports
3. Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word
