Hi! We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our ambitious initiatives connected to the development of digital economies in Eurasia and beyond. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills who can handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, conduct analysis, and oversee project coordination.

🌐 Languages Required: English & Ukrainian (Fluent)
🎓 Experience Level: Entry-Level
💰 Salary Range: 800-1400 USD

**Key Responsibilities
**
🔹 Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
🔹 Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions.
🔹 Handle correspondence with donors, partners, government agencies, and contractors.
🔹 Draft official letters, meeting summaries, reports, and briefings.
🔹 Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and seminars, including logistics and participant coordination.
🔹 Prepare regular project updates and reports.
🔹 Analyze project data and present insights in structured formats.
🔹 Support cross-functional communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
🔹 Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Requirements

📌 1+ year of experience in a global organization, international nonprofit, or consultancy firm.
📌 Understanding of the digital economy and IT sector.
📌 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
📌 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
