Responsibilities:
Handling incoming requests at the second line of support.
Coordinating and collaborating with first line support to address issues raised in the requests.
Requirements:
Previous experience in technical support is a plus, but candidates with different levels of experience are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong MS Office skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Working Schedule: 2/2 shift pattern, including both day and night shifts.
Office-based position (you will be working from our office).
