Responsibilities:
* As AIBC Business Development Manager you will split your time between selling a wide variety of exhibition and sponsorship opportunities to new and existing clients in the fields of blockchain, AI, and gaming, and exploring and executing outlines for different partnership types
* Maintain the AIBC brand strategy to align with the SiGMA narrative, ensuring both brands complement each other and share a cohesive vision
* Effective target setting, tracking, and delivery across all sales bands
* Expand and develop the AIBC exhibition database
* Upsell and cross-sell to clients to maximize profit
* Contribute to the preparation of all sales and marketing promotion material for AIBC events held in different locations
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of clients
* Act as the main point of contact for new and existing AIBC clients and partners
* Set up basic processes with new partners (communication, reporting, etc)
* Manage client logistics prior to an event and onsite
* Attend networking events and trade shows keep up-to-date with industry news and trends and establish new business connections
* Monitor industry trends, conduct market research and provide insights to the management team to inform business decisions, monetize B2C and B2C partnerships as well as cater the existing clients needs
