FinDev is an IT company with worldwide presence that is now looking for a Personal Assistant to support two owners residing in different countries.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out business communication and correspondence, primarily in English,
- Coordinating business events and meetings, as required,
- Collecting, analyzing, and organizing information as requested by executives,
- Arranging travel, visas, passports, and residence permits for executives and their families, including document preparation and processing,
- Addressing personal requests from executives,
- Managing administrative and daily tasks,
- Preparing documentation and working with contracts.

Our expectations from candidates:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience,
- Great proficiency in business communication within an international context,
- Efficiency in problem-solving even in seemingly impossible scenarios,
- Able to speak and write English fluently,
- Hold a higher level of education,
- Available to be constantly in touch,
- Willingness to travel for business-related purposes,
- High work efficiency,
- Knowledgeable and experienced in utilizing different booking services, agencies etc.

Conditions:
- Remote work format (hybrid is possible depending on residence).
