Senior Python/Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the company and the project:

An international company, which revolutionize the security landscape for Linux web servers with the power of Artificial Intelligence, is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python/Full Stack Developer (Django-focused) to be a part of its team.

Senior Python/Full Stack Developer will support and enhance internal build and automation system. This product accelerates the delivery of security patches.

The organization has been on the market since 2009. The company's products are used by thousands of companies around the world. You will be working on the fastest-growing product.

It is a fully remote company, with flexible hours, where you can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

Your tasks on the position:
- Designing, developing, testing, and delivering web applications using Django and related technologies
- Technical ownership of the created application
- Implementing user interfaces using front-end technologies (especially Javascript frameworks like Refine or React)
- Working with Linux-based systems for deployment and development, including container management (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Building pipelines for code testing and delivery
- Ensuring application security and data protection
- Troubleshooting and debug code across the stack
- Version controlling using Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests

Requirements:
- 7+ years of Python programming experience
- 2+ years of experience with Django
- Linux - user level (deployment, debugging, comfortable usage of a command line)
- 1+ year of front-end experience (React - preferred!, Vue.js, or Angular)
- Docker, Git, PostgreSQL, Celery, RabbitMQ or Kafka, Gitlab
- Proven experience in building web applications and scalable systems
- Proficiency with Git for version control
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with libraries for managing background tasks like Celery or similar
- Experience with tools for managing task queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Strong experience with building CI pipelines in tools like Gitlab or Jenkins
- English B2+

Will be an advantage:
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and ArgoCD or similar

Задачи на позиции:
— Поддержка пользователей (1st / 2nd line support): решение инцидентов, настройка рабочих станций, доступов, принтеров и т.д.
— Поддержка и развитие офисной IT-инфраструктуры (Windows Server (AD), Mikrotik (настройка маршрутизации, VPN, Firewall), — Google Workspaces (аккаунты, группы, доступы)
— Взаимодействие с аутсорсинговыми партнерами: формирование технических заданий, контроль сроков и качества исполнения
— Администрирование и мониторинг внутренних сервисов: Wazuh, Prometheus, Grafana
— Проведение регулярной инвентаризации оборудования, ведение базы IT-активов
— Участие в проектах по улучшению IT-инфраструктуры (автоматизация, безопасность, масштабирование)

Требования:
— Опыт работы системным администратором от 1 года
— Уверенные знания Windows (клиентские и серверные ОС), базовые навыки Linux (Debian, Ubuntu)
— Понимание принципов построения сетей: IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN
— Навыки работы с Google Workspaces
— Умение читать документацию, самостоятельно находить и применять решения
— Опыт ведения документации
— Наличие высшего образования
— Английский язык В1+

Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы с системами мониторинга (Prometheus, Grafana)
— Знание Mikrotik (RouterOS)
— Опыт взаимодействия с подрядчиками и внешними IT-поставщиками
— Опыт с системами логирования и безопасности (например, Wazuh)

— Заработная плата в соответствии с опытом 3 500 - 4 500 EUR gross
