As a Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our media acquisition campaigns across a variety of media channels. Includes but is not limited to social channels, Native, Mobile, SEM, Programmatic etc.


Responsibilities:

Lead campaign planning and own the end-to-end execution to ensure top-notch results within the defined KPIs
Hands-on manage large-scale campaigns to engage new, existing, and churned users
Analyze KPIs for continuous optimization of marketing efforts across all platforms to achieve volume, quality, and ROI goals
Identify different user segments and match relevant messaging
Analyze and understand retargeting activity
Conduct tests to improve profitability
Work with external departments and vendors to maintain relationships and provide industry insights
Manage and develop relationships with different media channels, including DSPs


Qualifications:

Sharp-minded and “out of the box” thinker with a positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for both marketing and analytics
Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations, and implement them
Strong initiative and strong initiative, and ability to lead a team
Prior experience in online marketing as a User Acquisition Manager, Media Buyer, or Retention manager
BA in Economics, Business Management, or Marketing – an advantage
Crypto and/or online marketing enthusiast - an advantage
Proficient with Excel – a must
Fluent English – a must

• Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
• Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure

• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
