About me: 5+ years of experience in IT in the above positions.

As a BA, I was responsible for coordinating the full product-development lifecycle, including strategic planning, requirements analysis, QA testing, and product launches. My ability to ensure stakeholder buy-in and promote team collaboration allowed me to successfully launch profitable features created by global cross-functional teams.
Also, I conducted online workshops on business-analysis for internal employees of the holding, which helped to attract new employees to our department.
I created a mentoring program in the department of 100+ analysts by my own initiative which resulted in easier onboarding of new employees and significantly improved synergy across the entire department.

At my previous position as a PO, I started projects from scratch. In less than a year, all client’s mobile and web services of the logistic company were developed and launched, which made it possible to relieve call centers by 70%, reduce phone communication costs and improve customer experience.

As a PM I successfully developed and launched 20+ projects with a team of designers, frontend devs, backend devs, SEO and content managers.
