Business/system analyst

We’re building an internal tool that could be marketed as a B2B SaaS solution for auto components wholesalers. The app aims to simplify the management of the crucial aspects of day-to-day work (e.g., pricelists, offers, orders, customers, vendors, and brands) and maximise profitability by leveraging dynamic pricing tools.
This Business / System Analyst (BA) will support the Product Owner and designer in designing and developing the team's delivery of new features such as a customer portal, analytical tools, dynamic pricing tools, and location tools.
The Development team consists of 3 BE engineers, 1 FE engineer, PO and designer. The team expects BA support with documentation of the developing functionality and its acceptance on delivery.
We expect a desire to enter the automotive domain, the ability to understand business needs, the ability to offer scenarios to solve business problems, the ability to assist decision-makers in gathering information to make decisions, and the ability to help with QA and UAT.

Responsibilities
• Translate business context, research results, feature ideas and wireframes prepared by the Product owner into clearly defined, detailed, and documented requirements, functional designs, and system supplemental specifications with mockups
• Create and maintain project documentation/deliverables (requirements specification with versioning, flow diagrams)
• Backlog building based on the high-level roadmap
• Analyze change requests/enhancements in existing/ proposed solutions during their acceptance or usage
• Provide required support for the users on solution usage matters
• Assist the Product owner and leadership in decision-making
• Manage and refine the product backlog to keep it detailed appropriately, estimated, emergent, and prioritized
• Assist in improving the team's way of working
• Support the development team during the development
• Assist with QA and UAT and verify that the delivered application requirements meet customer needs based on the specifications

Requirements
• Relevant experience in a business/system analyst role for at least 2-3 years
• Flexibility and ability to execute in the changing environment of the internal startup
• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation
• High level of written/oral communication skills
• Experience in the automotive domain is a plus
• Experience in technical / systems analysis or working with backend data is a plus
