— Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, financial documentation, and process optimization.

— Experience managing operational workflows, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and resolving complex customer and payment-related issues.

— Background in branch operations management and lending products within one of Kazakhstan’s leading banks.

— Interested in Payment Operations, Treasury Operations, Fintech, PSP, and Digital Payments environments.
