Fluent in Russian (native), English (advanced), Japanese (advanced, JLPT N2) — plus some Chinese and Serbian-Croatian on top

What I actually do:
Affiliate & partner management — CPA, RevShare, Spend, Prepay, you name it
Building partnerships from scratch: streamers, review sites, media buyers
Traffic quality analysis, conversion optimization, promo campaign setup
Localization — not just translation, but making things work culturally (UI/UX, CRM, payments)
Team leadership — managed departments, hired people, handled budgets and KPIs

Recent highlights:

As Country Manager for Japan, built market strategy, launched localization, handled compliance and P&L

Managed 300+ affiliates, reactivated dormant ones, and grew networks by 200+ new partners in previous roles

Boosted CPA profitability by 18% and player retention by 20% through data-driven CRM (Line, Twitter, email)

Integrated local payments like JCB, but also comfortable with crypto and other solutions

I enjoy the mix of numbers and people — analyzing data, yes, but also building real relationships with partners and understanding what drives players in each market.
