We’re building a digital hub that connects users to cutting-edge mental health treatments — from psychedelic therapy to AI diagnostics. We're looking for a Product Lead to own the vision and execution of this platform at the intersection of health tech, media, and digital care.

Key Responsibilities:
— Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy
— Build a comprehensive platform with media, assessments, provider search, and onboarding tools
— Collaborate with medical, design, engineering, and marketing teams
— Lead fast product iterations, testing hypotheses and learning from data
— Ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance
— Align the platform strategy with Pink Elephant’s broader mental health product ecosystem

Requirements:
— 5+ years of product leadership experience, from zero-to-one through scale
— Strong data orientation and outcome-focused mindset
— Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and GTM teams
— Strategic thinking with attention to operational detail
— Entrepreneurial and adaptive in fast-moving environments
— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred (a plus):
— Experience in health tech or regulated industries
— Background in building marketplaces
— Early-stage founder/builder experience
— Navigating complex compliance or medical-legal frameworks
