I am a System and Business analyst professional with 6 years of experience in Insurance/Billing/Touristic/Microfinance projects.

In the current insurance company, I collect, formalize and negotiate system and business requirements, provide task decomposition and estimation, control their realization and prioritize tasks. I also design and develop web-services, physical data models, architecture, UML and BPMN diagrams and integration services between systems (REST, SOAP, gRPC, Kafka, MQ), Support software as the last supporting line. Onboard new employees. Create user stories with description of acceptance criteria. My level of English is upper-intermediate (B2).
