We are looking for Head of Affiliates who join to our team!

PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same or a similar role;
• Direct experience with the iGaming industry is a must for this role;
• Be a seasoned negotiator with a win-win mindset;
• Effective interpersonal skills;
• "Outside the box" thinker;
• Good problem solver;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
• Creating and leading the affiliate department;
• Drive quality traffic to the brand;
• Outline effective affiliate acquisition strategies;
• Responsible of the P&L for affiliate revenues
• Developing strategic initiatives for key affiliate accounts;
• Set up all other relevant processes required within, and outside of the team to improve efficiencies, performance and promote growth;
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
• Bring new ideas and innovative thinking to the business;
• Manage relationships with partners, affiliates, and providers
• Strategically evaluating and reporting results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the affiliate department;
• Advising your team on how to acquire new affiliates and maintain current accounts;
• Monitor, develop, expand existing affiliate partnerships;
• Attending relevant conferences and trade shows as well as building relationships with key affiliates.
