We're looking for 2 talented analysts to join our cost control department — a very interesting role, in a team that works directly with finance and engineering departments. We have a mixed international team, so English and Russian are both required, knowledge of Greek and experience in construction would be a BIG advantage.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in the Paphos for a Junior Financial Analyst in the construction sector. The role involves assisting in financial planning and conducting financial reports. You will perform financial analysis to support management decisions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Project Costs & Budgeting control in construction
- Analysing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
- Allocating costs to categories
- Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report
- Provide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed
- Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections
- Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
Qualifications- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in cost control / finance / analytics
- Strong Excel skills
- Good attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Experience in construction is a plus
