π Company: A three-sided B2B2C fintech platform β an acquiring solution for businesses based on automated P2P Fiat-to-Crypto exchange. A rapidly growing early-stage startup with a team of 60+ people.
π Location: Remote
π Languages: Russian, English B1+
What you'll be doing:
β Identify and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities, develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
β Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry standards.
β Regularly conduct penetration testing (including involving external contractors).
β Implement access control systems for applications and systems, encryption, intrusion detection, and prevention systems, and manage them.
β Ensure a secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
β Collaborate daily with development and operations teams to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of security measures.
β Provide security training to all our employees and implement risk awareness and best practice programs.
β Oversee incident response processes and lead investigations.
β Evaluate relationships with service providers and third-party vendors to ensure their security practices comply with company standards.
β Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in security and use this knowledge to inform and improve the company's security posture.
What we expect from candidates:
β We want to see an enthusiastic engineer, a team player with a high level of dedication, independence, and responsibility.
β Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar position.
β Experience and knowledge in the field of cryptocurrencies and fintech.
β Experience with security tools and technologies, such as intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, vulnerability management systems, and data encryption.
β Experience implementing security standards, practices, and processes from scratch to enhance security.
β Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English, both orally and in writing.
β Knowledge and understanding of key principles and standards of information security (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
β Certifications in information security, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are a plus.
