Business Development Manager
π**Limassol, Nicosia (remote)
** Drofa Comms is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team.
**Your responsibilities will be:
**β Make 20+ outbound calls per day using sales enablement tools and exceeding all KPIs;
β Hit or exceed a monthly quota of qualified meetings with clients and revenue conversion;
β Visit field events and go on business trips during probation period. This job implies regular business trips around countries where finance and fintech field develop rapidly;
β Focus on new clients and sales. Establish cooperation with the client, prepare reports, close the deals;
β Provide regular (weekly, monthly and ad hoc) feedback of sales activities to the Founder.
**Requirements:
**β 2+ years experience working with clients in financial and public relations sectors;
β 1+ yearsβ experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle;
β A solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets and other relevant KPIs;
β Someone able to be confident running high volume pipelines in dynamic, quick moving, and rapidly changing environments;
β Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature and engaging personalities.
