Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new active influencers in main SM platforms (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest);
- Negotiate contracts with influencers;
-Cooperate with paid partners, create a database of partners and a long term relationship;
- Creating ideas and concepts for each partner to be produced;
- Monitoring the companyβs partners to ensure they post the agreed to content correctly and at the agreed timing and have completed all of the provisions within our agreement;
- Prepare content in collaboration with a photographer, designer, copywriter if needed;
-Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers;
-Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analyzing data to offer conclusions and suggestions for improvement on major metrics while tracking goals and revenue;
-Develop new ideas for the brand promotion in collaboration with the team;
-Manage influencer and affiliate communications and coordinate all posting logistics, including contract negotiation, product sampling, Q&As, content approvals, etc.;
-Create a scalable system to identify, select, recruit and manage a growing network of influencers and brand ambassadors;
- Additional duties may be assigned as the position and company evolve.
