Hi there!
We are looking for an Influencer Outreach Specialist / Influencer Scout (Hunter) to join our marketing team (100% remote position).

Your main goal will be to identify and connect with local creators who fit our campaigns. Spanish speaking only!

Your tasks include:

- Researching and contacting influencers;
- Negotiating initial collaborations;
- Maintaining an up-to-date database;
- Keeping track of digital market trends.
- If you are proactive, communicative, and familiar with the local creator scene — we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

- Search for and contact local content creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, etc.);
- Start conversations and negotiate collaborations before passing the lead to the account manager;
- Meet weekly goals for the quantity and quality of leads;
- Keep reports updated (spreadsheets, CRM);
- Support in organizing meetings and initial agreements.

Requirements:

- Native or professional level of Spanish (mandatory);
- Intermediate English or Russian to communicate with the team;
- Knowledge of local trends, creators, and digital culture;
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and persistence;
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Experience in marketing, sales, or influencer scouting is a plus.
