We are looking for a thorough Document Management Specialist to support our Finance team.

What You Will Be Doing:
• Develop and maintain document control procedures.
• Ensure documents are correctly categorized, filed, and archived.
• Monitor the lifecycle of documents, ensuring they are updated, reviewed, and disposed of as needed.
• Support teams in document preparation, formatting, and submission processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of document templates and standards.

About You:
• Fluent English (B2+). 
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document management or a similar role.
• Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS), corporate operations, project management.
• Ability to built, optimize and maintain processes in document management.
• Ability to understand and verify compliance with financial requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in document management software.
• Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for document handling.
• Strong communication and training skills.
