Position: Head of Marketing Department
Location: Cyprus, Limassol

An innovative, fast-growing and progressive investment firm is seeking to recruit a highly experienced, responsible and technically strong Head of Marketing Department to join their team of professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set marketing goals and objectives as well as plan, and implement and manage the marketing content strategy.
- Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners and customers, to shape marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Position the company’s brand in a clear and consistent way in all marketing strategies and tactics to increase awareness, uniqueness, relevance, esteem, and reputation, and motivate our target audience.

Skills & Experiences:
- Higher education in marketing, economics or business administration. Additional courses in finance or investments will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, Fin -Tech or Online Industry, including at least 2 years as a head of marketing department in a company related to the forex market or fintech sector.
- Understanding of the Forex Market: Good knowledge of the financial market and basic terms associated with trading. Experience trading in financial markets will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages both verbal and written.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in and manage a team. Experience interacting with various departments of the company and clients.
- Experience in digital marketing: Understanding of basic digital marketing tools, such as contextual advertising, SEO, SMM and others. Experience with marketing automation technologies will also be an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to develop marketing strategies and make decisions. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrics will be an advantage.
- Multichannel Advertising Communication: knowledge of using multichannel advertising communications, including digital and traditional media, to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- The adaptability to changing market conditions, technologies and marketing trends, which is critical to success in the dynamic FinTech and Forex sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reviewing AML and Compliance matters relevant to the Company and in relation to the Law.
- Carrying out periodic AML/compliance audits, identifying weaknesses and suggesting corrective actions.
- Implementing the internal procedures and controls relevant to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance and collaboration with respective parties to meet reporting obligations.
- Maintaining up to date compliance records (e.g. documents, logs, correspondence, reports, etc.).
- Performing any other assigned compliance-related tasks, including admin duties.
- Reviewing KYC Records and performing AML screening checks on clients.
- Performing Enhanced Due Diligence to High Risk Clients.

- Ensuring that the monitoring of the client accounts and the performance of continuous due diligence after a client is accepted are being carried out according to the Company’s policies and the relevant legislation.
- Preparing an annual AML report to be submitted to the board of directors of the company for approval.
- Providing his/her signature if required under the relevant Laws or the Directives.
- Assisting/dealing with questions/queries relevant to AML and Compliance matters arising in the process of the Company’s operations and in relation to the provision of the relevant Law and Directives.
- Ensuring that the Company’s staff members are adequately trained on AML matters as these relate to the performance of their respective duties.
- Inspecting and Reporting to the Senior Management of the Company on issues pertaining to Compliance and AML matters.
- Assisting/dealing with CySEC’s requests.
- Assisting/dealing with clients’ complaints.

Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business or any other relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- CySEC AML Certificate is a must.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written, any additional language may be considered a plus.
- MiFID experience is a must.
- Excellent skills in document and process formation.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritise workload and pay attention to details.
