• Tools: Jira, TestRail, Confluence, DevTools, Fiddler, Kibana
• Test planning, release validation and QA process improvement
QA Team Building & Leadership:• Built a QA team from scratch, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding new team members
• Participated in recruitment and selection of QA engineers
• Helped establish QA processes, testing strategies and documentation standards
• Collaborated with developers, analysts and designers to improve cross-team communication and product quality
• Worked closely with the automation team to improve testing workflows and make QA tools more accessible to manual testers
