We are looking for a skilled Legal Counsel in the FinTech sector, with experience of work various jurisdictions to join our team.
**📌Duties and responsibilities:
**Preparation and revision of agreements, policies, annual reports;
Providing legal support for the company’s financial transactions and the company’s clients;
Communication with banks, auditors;
Full support and advisory to BoD to regulatory requirements in financial industry;
Assisting in obtaining licenses PSP / EMI, certificate PCI DSS;
Legal support in the AML / CFT procedure (including Russian, English, bilingual);
Legal analysis and/or preparation of contracts, additional agreements and other documents related to the connection of new financial instruments (payment gateways, opening of new bank accounts, in various jurisdictions);
Preparation of information for yearly company audit;
Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions;
Researching and providing efficient information on other regulators and procedures.
**📌Requirements:
**At least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel within a financial industry;
Experience in various jurisdictions / communication with regulators;
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions in financial industry;
Experience with licensing in Cyprus and other jurisdictions;
Knowledge of legal requirements and controls;
Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards;
Excellent communication skills;
Integrity and professional ethics;
Teamwork skills.
📌Languages:
English, Russian - must
Greek is highly welcome
