Main tasks and responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
- Support and improve existing back-office system (~ 90% backend, 10% frontend);
- Write reusable, testable and efficient code, write unit tests.

Soft skills:
- English proficiency (our main IT team is Russian-speaking, but a big part of communication is in English);
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating respect, support and consideration for diverse perspectives and skills;
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualification:
- Proficiency in PHP (3+ years), strong SQL skills (MariaDB / MySQL / PostrgreSQL);
- Knowledge of one or more PHP frameworks, such as Symfony, Laravel, Yii, etc.;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
- Ability to work with the Git version control system, using IDE (e.g. PHPStorm);
- Experience in configuring and using xDebug, any profiler tools;
- Understanding of basic principles of web development security and methods of vulnerability protection;
- Understanding of the fundamental principles of web application architecture, such as MVC (Model-View-Controller), using of code style standards;
- Readiness to work with legacy code, ability to refactor legacy code.

Nice to have:
- Experience working with Docker, NodeJS, AWS, Nginx, Memcache, Redis;
- Experience writing tests (PHPUnit / Codeception);
- Experience working with frontend frameworks (Vue / Nuxt / React, etc), TypeScript.

- Excellent proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript;

- Excellent skills in working with Git;
- Expert knowledge of Vue3 and Nuxt;
- Deep understanding of how Server Side Rendering works;
- Ability to profile, analyze, and optimize web pages;
- Ability to work with Docker containers;
- Good understanding of Microdata and SEO principles;
- Good understanding of CWV score and best practices to improve it;
- Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have:
- Experience with Storybook;
