💥 Senior Product Manager (iGaming) wanted 💥

▪️ Position: Senior Product Manager
▪️ Company: WinTech
▪️ Location: Cyprus, Larnaca
▪️ Conditions: full-time / hybrid
▪️ Experience: at least 3 years of experience in the gambling/iGaming industry

🎲 Main responsibilities:

• Develop, defend and manage the P&L of the product/project
• Product MVP development
• Setting targets for functional units and monitoring their fulfillment
• Conducting research, formulating and testing hypotheses
• Analyzing customer behavior using Yandex Metrics and internal analytical tools
• Generating backlog for developers (user stories, unit economics)

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience in the Gambling/iGaming industry
• Experience of being responsible for the financial outcome of a product/project
• Strategic planning and vision, risk management
• Ability to calculate financial models and decompose into functional metrics/KPIs
• Experience in conducting CustDev and building CJM
• Ability to work with hypotheses according to "HADI" and "JTBD" methodologies
• Ability to develop MVP mockups of future product based on Wix or Tilda
• Ability to build product analytics without the help of Analysts.
• Experience with any of the following tools Microsoft Power Query, Microsoft PowerBI, Click BI
• Experience working in a team on Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• English at least B2
